- Potatoes - 600 g
- Flour - 100 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Minced meat - 300 g
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp

Finely chop the onion and fry in a pan for 2-3 min;
To the onions add the minced meat and fry it lightly, add salt, spices to taste;
Boil potatoes, make it mashed potatoes and cool to lukewarm;
In mashed potatoes add the egg, salt and spices to taste, flour, all mix thoroughly and knead a slightly sticky dough;
Divide the dough into several parts (I divided into 6 portions), each portion to form a ball.
