Here are these mushrooms in the shop window.
Gently wipe it with a napkin, the mushrooms do not need to wash.. Moisture they do not like.

Heat well a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil and put the mushrooms. Fry on one side literally 1.5-2 minutes.
