- Duck - 3 kg
- Quince - 1 piece
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Garlic - 5 a tooth.
- Honey - 1 tbsp
- Narsharab - 3 tbsp.
- Salt - to taste

Step by step instruction of cooking Christmas duck stuffed with quince
Wash the duck well and asparin boiling water from all sides.
For the filling, take the quinces (I very large), onions and garlic.
Quince, onion, garlic, coarsely cut. Good salt, pepper, add favorite seasonings.
Put the stuffing inside the duck.
From all sides of the duck sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Transfer duck to a baking tray lined with several layers of foil.
