I like to bake cupcakes. Takes a little time, simple, tasty, and food is almost always available. Today I want to offer you a delicious recipe for chocolate cupcakes.
Ingredients for Chocolate cupcakes
- Flour - 250 g
- Cocoa powder - 40 g
- Milk - 240 ml
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Butter - 60 g
- Leavening agent - 10 g
- Vegetable oil - 60 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Chocolate cupcakes
All ingredients should be at room temperature.
When will prepare all products, you can turn the oven down to 180°.
In a bowl add the softened butter, sugar and salt. Stir with a mixer or whisk until smooth mass. Then add the vegetable oil and stir. Then add one egg, stirring after each addition.
Pour in milk and stir again.
Combine the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, baking powder, vanilla powder, stir and sift into the batter in 2-3 hours, stirring.
The dough should get sticky.
Finally add ingredients like raisins, nuts, chocolate, in the middle of the cupcake to add a filling of jam or thick condensed milk.
I add this: put a tablespoon of dough into shape, top with a teaspoon of jam or condensed milk, on top of it is another tablespoon of dough. Decorating cupcakes can be for example pieces of chocolate.
Bake in preheated oven at 180° for 20-25 min (taking into account the features of each oven). Readiness check wooden stick.
