- Potatoes - 5 PCs
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Sweet pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
- Figure - 110 g
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Water - 1100 ml
- Minced meat - 350 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Soup-stew with meatballs
Onions and carrots cleaned, cut into cubes.
Fry in vegetable oil for a few minutes.
Add the peeled and chopped cube potatoes, cook a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add chopped dice bell pepper and chopped garlic.
And fry a little.
Add the tomato paste. Mix well.
Figure rinse well, add to vegetables. Mix well.
Pour hot water, add salt and Bay leaf.
A little minced salt and form meatballs.
