- Chicken liver - 200 g
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Pickled cucumber - 2 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Green peas - 2 tbsp
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
- Greens - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad "Christmas boom"
Boil chicken liver.
Onion cut into small cubes and lightly fry in vegetable oil.
Mushrooms wash, cut into small cubes and fry together with onion.
Add salt to taste.
Boil the carrots. The cooled liver and carrots cut into cubes.
Put the cooled mushrooms to the liver with the carrots.
Add diced pickles.
Put in a salad green peas and mayonnaise, stir.
The salad is served chilled. Decorate with greens. Bon appetit!
