Ingredients for Muffins "Cranberry explosion"
- Cranberry - 75 g
- Powdered sugar - 35 g
- Flour - 260 g
- Leavening agent - 0,8 package.
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 75 g
- Vanilla - 1/4 tsp
- Milk - 150 ml
- Vegetable oil - 60 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Muffins "Cranberry explosion"
Sprinkle cranberries icing sugar, mix and set aside.
To combine in large bowl the sifted flour, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, break the egg, add the sugar and add the vanilla paste.
Beat well until the sugar is dissolved.
Continuing to whisk mass on a small speed of the mixer, pour in the milk and vegetable oil.
Make a well in center of dry ingredients pour the egg-milk mixture.
Stir with a spoon just to combine all ingredients. Add the berries and gently mix the dough.
Cell muffin tin to lay paper capsules and fill with dough to 1/2 volume.
You can use silicone molds.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 - 25 minutes (focus on your oven).
To shift the muffins on a rack to cool.
