Squid stuffed with scrambled eggs with mushrooms

The seafood is always popular on the Christmas table. Squid are the most budget. Besides of them easy to prepare delicious and beautiful appetizer that you can eat, both hot and cold, and it is very important for the new year's feast, which lasts for several hours.
Ingredients for Squid stuffed with scrambled eggs with mushrooms
- Squid - 2 PCs
- Mushrooms - 150 g
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Onion - 1/2 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Cheese - 70 g
- Salt - to taste
- The mixture of peppers - to taste
- Dill - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Squid stuffed with scrambled eggs with mushrooms
Onions cut small cubes and fry until transparent in vegetable oil.
Mushrooms wash, dry, cut into cubes and fry with onions until tender over medium heat. Add salt to taste and pepper mixture.
Crack eggs, stir with a fork, cook until they "grab". Remove from the heat.
Add the chopped dill.
Put grated cheese.
Mix up the filling.
Stuff the carcass of the squid filling. Evenly distributed. Don't put a lot of toppings when baking the squid shrinks. Fasten the edges with toothpicks to keep the stuffing from falling out. Put the carcass in a greased form. Lubricated with a brush oil the squid on top. Put in heated to 200 degrees oven. Bake until tender, 20 minutes. Will not overdo!!! Otherwise it will be "rubber".
Ready squid served immediately or as a cold appetizer. Cut before serving. Bon appetit!
