Very tasty, flavorful sauce! Great for meat, for bread, to grenkami and fries. This sauce I made the carrot fries. Very tasty combination!
Ingredients for Cheese and garlic sauce
- Milk - 120 ml
- Cheese - 100 g
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Ketchup - 0.5 tbsp
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Cheese and garlic sauce

In a small saucepan, melt the butter.

Add ketchup and flour, mix well.

Pour in some milk, stir with a whisk breaking up the lumps. Add a thin stream of the remaining milk, stirring with a whisk. Salt (consider the saltiness of the cheese! I added a small pinch of salt).

Cook over medium heat, stirring with a whisk, until sauce begins to thicken. Once the sauce has started to thicken, remove from heat.

Add grated cheese and chopped garlic. I the garlic is pre-warmed in a small amount of oil. Mix well.
Return to fire, stir until the sauce is smooth and cheese is completely melted. Remove from the heat. The sauce is ready.
