Very delicate soup with a nice fish and cheese taste. Mussels are great!
Ingredients for Cheese soup with mussels and salmon
- Broth
- Fish fillets - 300 g
- Mussels - 1 cat.
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Celery root
- Pepper
- Potatoes - 2 PCs
- Corn grits - 2 tbsp
- The processed cheese - 2 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Cheese soup with mussels and salmon

From fish waste, if any, to boil the broth with the addition of carrots, celery, onions (all optional, not from a recipe), black pepper and spices. I never throw waste when cooking fish (fins, bones, tail), stored in the freezer prior to the event.

While the broth is cooking, prepare your products, many of them.

Vegetables thoroughly wash and peel and seeds. Carrots and celery and chop sticks. Pepper strips.

Add cheese slices and stir on low heat until they are completely dissolved. Then lay the fish, mussels and a couple of Bay leaves, bring to boil and then on low heat for 3-4 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and remove Bay leaf.
