At the same time put the cream on the stove. Put on low heat. They need to bring to the boil for the time to melt 200 g of sugar.
When the sugar has melted, add the next batch. DO NOT DISTURB! Just wait and see) But the plate not move, to not miss the moment when the sugar melts.
