Ingredients for Salad with beef and carrots in Korean
- Beef - 150 g
- Cucumber - 150 g
- Red onion - 50 g
- Carrots - 150 g
- Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
- Water - 50 ml
- Cranberry
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad with beef and carrots in Korean

Beef cut into thin strips, simultaneously eliminating meat from all sorts of tendons and veins, and quickly fry in hot oil until it will turn brown. Season with a little salt-pepper and remove from heat.
