Legendary American cookies in 1930 invented by Ruth Wakefield, by mistake, in a hurry or for lack of the right ingredients, she put the dough in chopped chocolate... and so was born the famous chocolate cookies. Cookies prepared an incredibly simple and quick, and a perfect pair to it will be hot cocoa with melting marshmallows.

Maggie butter, eggs, sugar (two kinds), vanilla and salt and whisk. Using a mixer, in a light, fluffy mass.
Flour and soda sift. Mix well.
In the egg-maslany mixture gradually add the flour. Stir with a spoon or mixer.
Add chocolate drops (or chopped chocolate). Mix well.
Baking tray lay a parchment.
With a spoon, spread on the baking sheet and press down lightly.
Bake in a preheated 190 gr oven for 15 minutes.
Cookies ready to place on the grill and fully cool.
