Sand bagels with dried fruit and nuts

Gentle, delicate, moderately sweet dough of these sand rolls literally melt in your mouth, and sweet fruit-nut filling provides the product with a rich taste. For the filling you can use any dried fruit and nuts. Turmeric added to the dough to give it a more saturated color. Optionally, you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
Ingredients for Sand bagels with dried fruit and nuts
- Flour - 230 g
- Soda - 2 g
- Turmeric - 2 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Salt - 1 depot.
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.
- Vanilla sugar - 5 g
- Dried fruits - 300 g
- Nuts - 50 g

For the test. To connect 100 gr. soft butter with 1 pinch of salt, 2 tbsp sugar, and 5 gr. vanilla sugar. Then add sour cream. Mix.

In a separate container to connect the 230 gr. sifted flour 1/3 tsp baking powder and 1/3 tsp of turmeric.

Add the dry ingredients to the total weight.

Knead the dough.

Place it in a plastic bag and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

To make the filling. Grind in a blender, washed and dried dried and peeled nuts.

Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll out one of them in a layer with a thickness of ~2 mm. Cut into 8 triangles.
