- Milk - 120 ml
- Leavening agent - 2 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Cheese - 100 g
- Greens - 0.5 pooch.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Unleavened bread with cheese and herbs
Mix the flour with salt, baking powder, finely chopped herbs (I dill, parsley, green onions) and grated cheese.
Add milk and vegetable oil. Knead a little the dough feels sticky.
Grease hands with vegetable oil and form 3 of the test harness.
Weave a braid and put on a baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 40 minutes. Optional at the end of baking sprinkle with grated cheese.
