Panna cotta with a herb jelly

A delicious classic dessert in the winter variation. Prepared simply and quickly but require time for hardening, so that the layers are not mixed.
Ingredients for Panna cotta with a herb jelly
- Cream - 200 ml
- Milk - 200 ml
- Gelatin - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 50 g
- Vanilla sugar
- Juice - 150 ml
- Gelatin - 1 tsp.
- Spices
- Sugar - 20 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Panna cotta with a herb jelly

Soak the gelatine in two tablespoons of water.

Mix in a saucepan cream, milk, sugar and vanilla sugar. Bring to a boil. Slightly cooled and add into the mixture soaked gelatine. Is poured into cups and put in the fridge for an hour or two

When Panna cotta is frozen, you can begin to prepare the jelly layer. Again soak gelatin in water. Pour cherry juice into a saucepan, add the spices, sugar, bring to a boil. Add swollen gelatin in juice.

Fill our the jelly on top of cream layer (carefully look, is not destroyed if the first layer). Put in refrigerator until firm. You can bring to the table!
