Tender meat souffle will satisfy both adults and children! Preparing a soufflé is very easy and the stuffing podoidet any. And with an unusual side dish you can serve on the holiday table.
Ingredients for Meat souffle
- Minced meat - 500 g
- Bread - 100 g
- Milk - 100 ml
- Cream - 200 ml
- Onion - 1 piece
- Semolina - 70 g
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
- Sesame - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Meat souffle
Crumb stale bread, pour milk.
Onions chop using blender or RUB on a small grater.
Measure out the semolina and spices ( I use spices for minced meat).
In a bowl put the minced meat ( I have pork-beef) and pour the cream.
Add the squeezed bread, spices, salt and onion.
Everything is very well mixed and put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Silicone molds grease with vegetable oil and put the stuffing.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds, cheese or nuts to taste.
Bake at 180 grams, about 30 minutes.
