- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Water - 150 ml
- Lemon juice - 3 tbsp.
- Honey - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Sweet and sour sauce with pineapple and peppers
Bell pepper cut into medium-sized pieces.
Pineapple also cut into medium-sized.
Bell pepper stew in vegetable oil.
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon, dilute 100 ml of hot water.
Add the pepper, pineapple and water with lemon, saute 7 minutes.
Dissolve the flour in 50 ml water, add to other ingredients. Continue to simmer until thick.
