- Potatoes - 150 g
- Carrots - 100 g
- Celery root - 60 g
- Onion - 60 g
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Cherry tomatoes - 1 tbsp
- Pepper - 1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Vegetable side dish "Kaleidoscope"
To prepare vegetables, wash, clean, chop.
1 tbsp fry the petals of garlic, tomato and celery
lay out slices of onion, sauté a couple of minutes.
