Ingredients for Salad "Christmas wreath"
- Chicken thigh - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 3 PCs
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Pickled cucumber - 1 piece
- Mushrooms - 100 g
- Onion - 1/2 PCs
- Dill - 1 Puig.
- Corn - 2 tbsp
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
- Marinade - 100 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad "Christmas wreath"
Boiled potatoes, carrots, eggs peel, cut in small cubes. Leave some carrots for decoration. You can just cut out stars and a waste to put in the salad.
Finely chop the onion. The marinade from the mushrooms heated in the microwave and pour them a bow. The marinade has salt, sugar, vinegar, spices, that is all that is needed for pickling onions. Leave for 15 minutes.
Cut into cubes pickled cucumbers and mushrooms, I have all homemade. Squeeze excess moisture, it is not needed in the salad, otherwise it will flow. Also squeeze pickled onions, put in a salad.
With chicken thighs remove the fillets and cut into small cubes. You can, of course, to take the breast, but I prefer the meat of the thigh.
Mix all the ingredients, put the mayonnaise. Stir.
Take a round shape with a ring in the middle, laid with foil, tightly put the salad and press it. It is possible, if no, put the glass in the middle of a serving dish and evenly put around the salad.
Gently turn the salad on a serving dish.
Dill wash, dry, closing branches and the overlap is placed on top of the salad, imitating tree branches.
Decorate the salad with asterisks, carrots and corn.
