Step by step instruction of cooking Honey cakes with filling "Pernecky"

In a saucepan heat the honey.
Add the spices to stick. I have a mixture of cinnamon, anise, nutmeg and star anise.
Add the powdered sugar. Stir and remove from heat.

Add the eggs. Stir with a whisk.

Mix the flour, baking powder and lemon zest.

Cover with cling film and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix all ingredients for the filling
