In the mini-collection was found two recipes pickling mushrooms, one already tested and now it will introduce, and in a second embodiment of the marinated mushrooms until tomorrow!
Ingredients for Pickled mushrooms with sesame seeds
- Mushrooms - 250 g
- Mustard seeds - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Turmeric - 1 depot.
- Vegetable oil - 60 ml
- Black pepper - 0.25 tsp
- Greens - 2 tbsp
- Sesame - 10 g
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
Step by step instruction of cooking Pickled mushrooms with sesame seeds
Mushrooms a good wash (if clean, then wipe clean), and cut to pieces if the mushrooms are large.
Boil water, add salt and mushrooms. Cook for 10 minutes.
Mix vegetable oil (I used refined sunflower), soy sauce and Apple cider vinegar. Mix well.
To cook the spices and chop the greens (I dill).
To combine the liquid mixture with spices and herbs, mix well.
Sesame seeds dry on a dry pan.
Mushrooms drain in a colander and drain off the water.
Place mushrooms in the marinade and mix well.
Add sesame seeds and stir again.
Once the mushrooms are cooled, transfer to a jar, cover and put into the refrigerator for 12 hours.
