This egg salad cucumber and petiolar celery add freshness and pleasant taste. It turns out hearty and delicious!
Ingredients for Egg salad
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- The Apium graveolens Dulce - 1 piece
- Cucumber - 1 piece
- Dill - 1 tbsp
- Green onions - 1 tbsp
- Mayonnaise - 50 g
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Egg salad
Eggs finely chop.
Cucumber and celery cut into small cubes. Cucumber, if desired, can be cleaned.
Dill and green onions finely chopped.
All chopped products put into a bowl, add the greens, season with salt and pepper and stir.
Add mayonnaise ( optional - yogurt, or sour cream with mayonnaise) and stir again.
