This recipe I saw on the site of a restaurant. Of course this is not the ravioli in the usual sense, but rather a kind of filler. The idea so impressed me that I decided to implement it on the occasion. Appetizer beautiful and unusual looks at the festive table, but most importantly, it tastes good and without the extra calories.
