Ingredients for Chocolate cake
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 210 g
- Yogurt - 100 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Soda - 0.5 tsp.
- Leavening agent - 0.5 tsp.
- Cocoa powder - 40 g
- Flour - 140 g
- Gelatin - 5 g
- Water - 60 ml
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Chocolate cake
The egg and 100 g of sugar beat with a mixer. Add the melted butter, yogurt (kefir) and mix.
Add the sifted flour, cocoa, soda and baking powder.
Mix everything until a homogeneous mass.
The resulting mass to fill a pastry bag. Squeeze in the form of round flat cakes on the baking tray lined with parchment, at a distance of approximately 4 cm. Bake 9-10 minutes at a temperature of 180°C. Lay out on to a wire rack to cool.
Filling: gelatin pour 30 ml of water, leave for 30 min for swelling. Heat to dissolve the gelatin. In a saucepan pour 110 grams of sugar, add 30 ml of water, heat to dissolve the sugar. A thin stream pour the sugar syrup into gelatin, beating well with a mixer until thick mass.
Cake to combine pairs with the cream.
