Cooked in the oven chicken with cheese is an incredibly delicious dish, which will not give up nor Your family, nor Your friends! The recipe is very simple, it fillet turns out very tender and juicy! I do not recommend to replace the cheese on the other in this recipe as the Parmesan ennobling the already delicious filet, with an unforgettable finish!
Ingredients for Chicken fillet baked with Parmesan
- Chicken fillet - 900 g
- Bread crumbs - 120 g
- Parmesan - 60 g
- Flour - 120 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Paprika sweet - 1 g
- Garlic - 1 tsp.
- Cumin - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste

Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken fillet baked with Parmesan
In a bowl pour the breadcrumbs, paprika, salt, cumin, garlic, grate on medium grater cheese. Mix all.
Fillet washed, dried, cut into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
Roll fillets in flour.
In a separate container to drive the eggs, add the oil and mix. Dip the fillets in egg, then into the prepared batter.
Spread everything on a baking sheet on greaseproof paper or a silicone Mat.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 18-20 minutes
