In my childhood, on a festive Christmas table, my mother often prepared meals and salads, eggs and cod liver. One of those snacks I offer you today: eggs stuffed with liver of cod with crispy cucumber and succulent peas.
Ingredients for Eggs liver of a cod and peas
- Cod liver oil - 1 ban.
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Green peas - 2 tbsp
- Pickled cucumber - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Mayonnaise - 2 tsp.
- Parsley - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Eggs liver of a cod and peas

Wash and boil the eggs for 7-8 minutes. Cover with cold water and peel.

The cooled eggs and cut in half, with a spoon, remove the yolks.

Mash the yolks with a fork.

Cod liver oil without liquid, add to the yolks, stir well. Add the grated garlic. Salt and pepper to taste. Can be a little bit of mayonnaise.
