Usually for the holidays, and any holidays kids go to beloved grandmother to visit. Grannies and different smokeouts to feed them tastier. Offer to make them pancakes, but not simple, but with surprises in the form of a souffle on the inside.
Ingredients for Pancakes souffle
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Milk - 150 ml
- Flour - 80 g
- Salt - to taste
- Leavening agent - 1/6 tsp.
- Sugar - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Butter - 5 g
- Bread crumbs - 1 tsp.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Prunes - 80 g
- Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Pancakes souffle
Mix all the ingredients for the pancakes and get the batter without lumps. You can do it on any of your favorite recipe.
Put the frying pan on medium heat and heated up. Lubricated with oil and bake pancakes. Depending on the diameter of the pan do 3 large or 6 small. Turn on the oven at 180 degrees.
Prunes wash and pour with boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Drain off water and dry.

In a lot of prunes add two egg yolks, the powdered sugar and mix thoroughly. If you like sweet stuffing, increase the powdered sugar.

Gently stir the whipped whites with a lot of prunes.
One half of the pancake put part of the air mass and close second half. Do so with all the pancakes.
Form for baking grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Lay the pancakes and put the top slices of frozen butter.
Bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
