- Potatoes - 1.5 kg
- Mushrooms - 400 g
- Chicken - 800 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Mozzarella - 150 g
- Sour cream - 150 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Vegetable oil
- Black pepper
- Beer - 500 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Pot roast with beer
In the bowl of a food processor GALAXY GL2300 with the nozzle for cutting slices, chop the well-washed mushrooms.
Then just slice the peeled onion.
In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry the mushrooms with onions.
While the mushrooms are roasting, cut the meat slices, season with salt and pepper.
Add meat to mushrooms and onions and fry a little.
The most painstaking for me has always been to cut potato slices, same thickness. Now with the combine GALAXY GL2300 with the nozzle for cutting slices, it takes less than a minute. So combine shredded potatoes, pre-peeled and washed. I think for combine harvester turned out great.
In potatoes add salt, pepper and sour cream. ( you can substitute mayonnaise, but it I think it will be enough 3 tablespoons)
In pots ( I have 4 pieces) on the bottom put the potatoes.
Then the meat with mushrooms.
On top of the potatoes, I try to plump to put. On top of another piece of butter.
Fill the pot with beer, I have 4 things left a bottle of light beer.
Cover with a lid and put into the oven, I cook at a temperature of 180 degrees, a half hour.
15 minutes before it is ready lay the pieces of cheese and went back to the oven.
