Step by step instruction of cooking Cheese pie dough
Melt the butter and combine with cottage cheese, salt, sugar, egg and baking powder.
Then add the sifted flour and knead soft, elastic dough. Leave it to rest for 15 minutes.
To prepare the filling. Cheese to grate on a coarse grater and mix it with egg white and soft butter.
