- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken fillet topped with mushroom caviar
Onions cleaned and coarsely cut.
Fry in vegetable oil until transparent.
Mushrooms washed and cut into four pieces (mushrooms not large busted).
