Hearty and healthy salad with rich and original taste thanks to the addition of Jerusalem artichoke tubers. The Jerusalem artichoke is subjected to heat treatment that produces a long-lasting feeling of satiety, and it also fills the body with useful elements. Help yourself to good health!

Pre-boil chicken thigh (200 g), let cool and cut into medium pieces.
3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled, cut into strips.
1 onion small size finely chopped.
Jerusalem artichokes wash well, peel.
Slice the Jerusalem artichokes into strips.
On low heat, adding 3 tbsp vegetable oil, fry the artichoke 6-7 minutes, stirring constantly. Then add the chopped onion and fry all together for another 5 minutes to light it will turn brown.
The artichoke with onions to cool slightly. Then in a General capacity, combine prepared ingredients: shredded chicken, eggs and Jerusalem artichokes with onions. Add about 3 tbsp of sour cream and mix well.
Now to the salad add salt to taste, ground black pepper and 0.5 tsp mustard. Stir again.
When serving the salad you can decorate with a small amount of green onions.
