This way of cooking barley drink which I made up myself includes foam which will appear itself.

Take a Cup (preferably use a Cup without extension up to foam enough)
Pour the barley (amount can vary depending on the size of the cups - I have this ~ 3 tbsp)
Pour sugar - same as barley
Mix the sugar with barley - is necessary OTHERWISE the FOAM WILL NOT be
Put the kettle - need the boiling water
Pour water (about 2/3 Cup)
Then a thin stream pour the milk (1/3 Cup)
Our barley is ready!
