We had a chance to live on Sakhalin island, there, in the distant 90's I met spicy dishes. And yet - the first time I ever tasted fish ravioli with fresh wild-caught keta or young Chinook salmon, where fish were all fine. Today, I want to entertain You, to share the recipe.
