The patatnik Bulgarian dish of potatoes, in each village it is cooked in its own way. The main ingredient of this dish grated potato and in fact it's a huge pancake that you can bake and broil. And supplements can be completely different, to your taste: onion, feta, cheese, Bulgarian pepper, etc.
