I tried to cook pie filling in a completely new way and this way exceeded all my expectations. Most importantly to wait until the cake is completely cool and the filling will not flow out. Usually it is enough 2 hours in the refrigerator. The taste is just stunning, tender shortcrust pastry and a delicious juicy filling which does not leak. This pie is eaten at once, and like all who tried it. Highly recommend to try to cook.

Step by step instruction of cooking Cherry pie

In the sifted flour add baking powder and grate the cold butter (or margarine). Quickly make crumbs, add cold sour cream, eggs, dissolves sugar and also added. Knead a soft dough and put into the freezer for 15 minutes.
