- Onion - 1 piece
- Turmeric - 1 tsp.
- Mushrooms - 1 ban.
- Corn starch - 4 tbsp
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Brisket Turkey Holiday
I bought a whole Turkey breast (butterfly )weighing 4 kg.
Only used half of it. From it cut smooth
a piece weighing approximately - 1.2 kg.
The meat cover with water. When boiling, add celery, onion,
carrots and Turmeric. Cook over low heat for 1 hour. 15
minutes before the end of cooking, add salt (to taste).
Remove meat from broth and cool. It is better to put on
a night in the fridge.
The broth is also cooling, it is still useful to us.
Chilled meat cut with a sharp knife into pieces
with a thickness of 1cm.
Form of grease with vegetable oil and spread the meat.
You can "fan" or "scales".
Boil 4стакана broth. Add the mushrooms and pepper (to taste).
Corn starch to replace potato starch
or flour. Dilute it in a little cold water.
Stirring constantly, add it to the broth. Once
thickens, remove from heat.
Pour the meat sauce and place in oven for 20 minutes
