Sweet and lovely bagels are prepared simply and quickly! The dough on a sparkling mineral water and a sweet filling of jam and walnuts!
Ingredients for Bagels with jam and nuts
- Water, carbonated - 200 ml
- Sugar - 80 g
- Salt - 1 depot.
- Vegetable oil - 120 ml
- Flour - 580 g
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Jam - 300 g
- Walnuts - 190 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Bagels with jam and nuts
The dough: in a bowl, pour sparkling water, add sugar and salt, mix quickly.
Pour in vegetable oil. Mix well.
Add the flour and baking powder.
The flour I added in three steps, each time carefully vymeshivaem dough. add the flour a third time, adjust the amount of flour during kneading. The dough should be soft, smooth, not stick to hands and surface.
Knead the dough.
Filling: walnuts grind in a blender.
Connect in a bowl of thick jam (I have plum) and chopped nuts (leave about 2 tbsp chopped nuts for decorating the top of the bagels). Mix thoroughly.
