Cod fillet cooked on a vegetable pillow for a few quick, light. Propria fish in this way we get a tender, juicy fish and a delicious sauce with vegetables. Method of cooking peeped in the show. Ingredients for Cod fillet steamed with vegetables
- Fish fillets - 400 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Leek - 1 piece
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Pepper - 1 piece
- The Apium graveolens Dulce - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Black pepper - to taste
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Parsley - 1 Puig.
- Water - 4 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Cod fillet steamed with vegetables
All the vegetables wash, peel.
Two servings of all the vegetables I have a small size.
If the fish was frozen - thawed.
If the fish do not unfreeze until the end, then reduce the amount of water to 2 tbsp and increase the cooking time by 5 minutes.
Fish sprinkle with salt, pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice. Celery, carrots, garlic, sweet pepper and zucchini cut into strips.
Leeks - white and light green part cut into rings.
In a pan pour olive oil, water, remaining lemon juice, a little salt and pepper.
Pour the vegetables.
Heated to the boiling point of water.
Once the vegetables are boiled, stir and put on top of the fish. Sprinkle with parsley, leaving the parsley for decorating the finished dish.
From baking paper cut a circle the diameter size of the pan. Cover the fish with a paper disk and lid.
Cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Depending on thickness of fish.
