To prepare the chocolate sponge cake without separating eggs into yolks and whites, first you need to turn on the oven and set the temperature 180 degrees.

Break the eggs into a large bowl and beat with a mixer for a few seconds, starting with the lowest speed of mixer, then gradually increase to high speed. When the mixer gradually add the sugar and vanilla sugar.
Continue beating 8-10 minutes, until they become thick and lush.

The flour must be sifted 2-3 times before you enter it into the dough. Then the flour will become saturated with oxygen and the cake will be more airy. Enter the flour into the beaten eggs in small portions, gently interfering with each serving with a silicone spatula or whisk, movement from the bottom up. Then add cocoa powder and again mix gently. (If you use mixer, you have to do it at minimum speed)
