The combination of garlic, butter, lemon juice and parsley just perfect, the fish is great as a main course and to warn - is prepared quickly and eaten almost instantly. - Fish fillets
- Black pepper
- Pepper Cayenne
- Corn starch
- Vegetable oil
- Lemon juice
Step by step instruction of cooking Fish in garlic butter sauce
Fish fillet cut into portion pieces, put in a bowl with a lid, season with salt, pepper and chinskim pepper, starch. Cover with a lid, gently pants in all directions, so the fish is evenly covered with mixture on all sides, set aside.
