From there I brought the recipe, which is a great success in our family for more than 30 years. Fairly simple technology and available ingredients with absolutely extraordinary results - that's the reason for this popularity.

Step by step instruction of cooking Potatoes Magyar smoked

Prepare the ingredients. Small cube cut meats. Boil and mash hard boiled eggs with a fork. Cut the potatoes so that the average potato has been divided into 6 parts, and large 8-10.

Prepare a bowl for baking. On the bottom put a layer of potatoes, ztem layer of eggs and a layer of smoked meat. Next sprinkle with pepper and pour a glass of sour cream. Then repeat this packing as long as the dishes are not full.

Bake in an oven or furnace at high temperature (200-250 degrees for conventional oven) for 45 minutes.
