Step by step instruction of cooking Coconut cake with mascarpone

For the dough mix the sugar, coconut, flour, butter. Beat the whites to a froth. Gently stir in coconut mixture and proteins. The pan covered baking paper, grease with oil and put the dough into an even layer.

Bake for 30-40 minutes (watch on your oven and to check the readiness of cake to begin in about 20 minutes, because you can dry out)

Milk to heat and add pudding and stir until thick. Mascarpone beat with a mixer with the butter, add the cooled pudding and whip.

Cake cool cream to put on top of crust evenly.

On top of the cream spread jam (I have cranberry home with a minimum number of CMV sugar, bitter, sour)

For the chocolate layer melt the butter in a water bath, add sugar, cocoa (or just melt a chocolate bar). Glaze pour cake.
