The recipe is delicate, very soft potato cakes with cheese (with milk). Tastes like khachapuri, or Ossetian pies. Usually cook for dinner, and the morning after the microwave is a wonderful hearty Breakfast for the whole family. Cheese our family loves, so I put it a lot. But it is enough for 150 – 200 g for 6 cakes, but you can just with potatoes to cook, adding a little butter.
