Ingredients for Marzipan loaf with almonds
- Flour - 500 g
- Yeast - 30 g
- Milk - 250 ml
- Butter - 80 g
- Sugar - 50 g
- Lemon peel
- Marzipan - 200 g
- Egg white - 2 PCs
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Almonds - 150 g
- Rum - 20 mg
- Powdered sugar - 4 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Water - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Marzipan loaf with almonds
Yeast to dissolve in milk.Add half of the sugar and a little flour.Knead the dough,leave on for 15 min.
Melt butter and sugar,with salt
and with the zest(using melkuyu grater)
