In warm water dissolve the sugar and yeast. Cover and leave to heat for 10 minutes.
Sift the flour. Add the butter and flavoring - mix well.
Pour in the flour yeast. Knead the dough. It's a little sticky. Cover it and put in heat for 1.5 hours.
After the dough came, add the raisins and knead thoroughly.
To form the rolls, cover and leave to rise for 1 hour.
It is better to use the pan more - if you do not want buns You got stuck like me.
For the crosses mix the flour with water. Should be a pretty thick batter, but that it can be applied pattern. Draw crosses on the buns (it will be much neater and prettier if you do it the confectionery syringe or bag, but I don't have them, so I did it h l)
