Carp have good, tasty meat, its only drawback is a lot of small intermuscular bones. So if this is confusing, you can safely substitute the carp with a less bony fish, such as Dorado. Today I was lucky enough to buy freshly caught fish and I tried to give it a decent design. Simple recipe, preparing the fish quickly. And it turns out delicious and beautiful and festive.

Prepare the necessary products. Karp I have 1.5 kg.

The fish is gutted, washed and dried with paper towel. On the one hand skin together with scales. On the other side leave the skin, clearing it from scales. The fish is salted and drizzled with olive oil. In the abdomen put sprigs of rosemary.
