Refreshing and creamy cucumber with fresh dill, Basil, lemon and yogurt is easy to prepare and full of incredible flavor. Cooking time will not exceed 15 minutes, the cucumbers have just then put into the refrigerator to be soaked with the sauce and cooled.

Cucumbers wash, peel with a vegetable peeler.

Each cucumber cut into 8 strips.

Preparation: add cucumber into a bowl, add salt, stir and leave for 5 min.

For the sauce combine the yogurt (can sour cream), lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, pepper.

Mix well.

Pour the sauce over the cucumbers, stir, cover and put into the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours.

Before serving, add chopped dill and Basil. If desired, add more salt to taste.
