Soak gelatine in 90 ml cold water
Rhubarb wash and remove the membranes and slice as You prefer, but the smaller, the faster will be ready.
Mint wash.
To connect rhubarb, spearmint, sugar, 200 ml of water.

Bring to a boil. And boil until soft rhubarb. ( 2-3 minutes)
Leave for 10-15 minutes.

Bring to dissolve the gelatin, but do not boil.
