Step by step instruction of cooking Rustic rye bread

Leave both containers for 30 minutes, covered with a towel.

Mix all ingredients and knead the dough (mixer: 5 min at low speed 5 minutes on medium speed).

Spread on a baking sheet, make a sharp knife cuts and sprinkle with flour.
Leave for 1 hour in a warm place, covered with a towel.
